

Danggui(Angelica acutiloba kitagawa) is used for ssam, salad or namul or stir fry. It is very fragrant, very unique, similar to celery or minari. It is different from Chamdanggui’ (Angelica gigas Nakai) which is rather used for medicinal purpose. This one is mild in flavor so perfect for salad. It is best grown in cooler climate. It is hard to find seeds.
