To make my glass art, high-quality glass is hand-cut and edges smoothed, after which each piece is wrapped in copper foil before being soldered together into the final design, including a sturdy lead came edging. Jack chain is attached for hanging (links can easily be removed with pliers if you need to adjust).

Packaging note: I package with re-used materials as much as possible. Most air packets/bubble wrap used are second hand, as well as all packing peanuts (which are also biodegradable) or paper filler. I may use a repurposed shipping box as well if I have one available (orders marked as gifts always ship in a new box). I encourage you to repurpose the materials again if possible, or if not, to recycle them.
