1. Chinese Chives () is my favorite vegetable . Fry it with eggs, make a paste, dumpling, meat ball, and the chive cakes; ground Chives with other fruits to fresh juice.
2. It grows all year around in cold or hot seasons. It is easy to take care it ( plant it in a pot or ground) but gives you fresh vegetable many years.
3. Only need to cut it off to make dishes when it reaches about 5 to 8 inch long, if you keep water and fertilize it. Its bulb grows large in 3 to 4 years and you need to separate them and regrow them. You never buy it again if you take care them well. It becomes more and more in your home.
4. It is Vegetables that must be in my garden. It grows quick like grass, less care, never get diseases; save time and money for people who love gardening. It provide fresh Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Dietary Fiber and Potassium, some calcium and iron for daily consumer. You ‘ll be feel better when you include it in your diet.
5. We ship 10 plant roots with a little soil and wrapped with a moist paper/towel in a plastic bag, please plant it immediately after received and keep watering. The plant will recovery very soon, and new chives will grow from it roots.
